Nutrient Analyzers

SYSTEA, Italy, and SubCtech, Germany, offer a unique online nutrient measurement technology for industrial and environmental monitoring as well as for professional oceanographic research. The mobile and small MicroMac-1000MP analyzer is applied hundredfold all over the world. It convinces with a low detection limit and has the capability to conduct long-term measurements driven by a solid time calibration. The running expenses of the unit are further reduced by longer maintenance intervals.

SubCtech SmartDI® “Smart Data Interface” is used to acquire data from the analyzers, and optionally from sensors too. It is also able to take control of processes. The SmartDI® quick-look function, extensive configuration and diagnostic menus provide a user-friendly interface. The modular and expandable structure allows simple and economic adjustments. Thus it fits the most diverse applications. The system’s high degree of modularity guarantees a sustainable investment.

Description

SYSTEA, Italy, and SubCtech, Germany, offer a unique online nutrient measurement technology for industrial and environmental monitoring, and for professional oceanographic research. The mobile and small MicroMac-1000MP Analyzer is applied hundredfold all over the world. It convinces with a low detection limit and the capability to run long-term measurements driven by a solid time calibration. The reagent consumption is incredibly low having only a couple of 100μl each analysis. Longer maintenance intervals reduce the running expenses. SubCtech’s SmartDI® “Smart Data Interface” is used to acquire data from analyzers, and optionally from sensors too. It is also able to take control of processes.

During the collection of data, the pre-processing already validates the values and passes quality-evaluated data records on to back-end systems. All data records are encoded according to ISO. The 2GB CompactFlash card is able to store years’ worth of high-resolution data. Firmware and data are stored on separate Compact-Flash cards. Thus data can be accessed easily without endangering any firmware files.

The SmartDI® quick-look function, extensive configuration and diagnostic menus provide a user-friendly interface. The modular and expandable structure allows simple and economic adjustments. Thus it fits the most diverse applications. The system’s high degree of modularity guarantees a sustainable investment.

The team of SubCtech already cooperates with SYSTEA, Italy, for many years. SubCtech and German authorities for waterways contracted to improve and install nutrient analyzers on German platforms in the North Sea. SubCtech is specialized to improve nutrient analyzers for maritime operations, particularly on moving platforms (e.g. buoys, unmanned lightships, research vessels).
