We had the pleasure of hosting a workshop on our cutting-edge pCO2 technology at the ICYMARE International Conference for YOUNG Marine Researchers in Bremen this autumn.
This vibrant event brought together budding scientists from around the world, providing them with an opportunity to explore our advanced tools for oceanographic research.
During the workshop, participants got an up-close look at our innovative ‘OceanXpert CO2’ Analyzer and the portable, autonomous underway measuring system ‘OceanPack® CUBE.’ The hands-on demonstrations allowed attendees to interact directly with the equipment, enhancing their understanding of how autonomous systems can revolutionize ocean monitoring.
In addition to the practical sessions, we engaged in dynamic discussions on key topics such as autonomous measurements, the critical role of pCO2 monitoring in understanding ocean-climate interactions, and the broader implications for combating climate change. The exchange of ideas was inspiring and underscored the importance of collaboration in tackling global challenges.
A heartfelt thank you to the ICYMARE team for organizing such a fantastic conference. It was a privilege to contribute to this gathering of passionate young marine researchers, and we’re already looking forward to continuing the dialogue and sharing more innovations next year in Bremerhaven!
Here’s to advancing ocean science together! 🌊
