With the coming season just around the corner, the teams are busy getting the boats ready and back in the water.

At the same time we are also busy in the lab making sure the OceanPack™ RACE systems are ready for the new season.

While on board of the IMOCA racing yachts of team MALIZIA – Seaexplorer, Fabrice Amedeo and Oliver Heer Ocean Racing the systems will collect valuable ocean surface parameters helping scientists to gain further insight into global climate systems. To ensure the systems will run smoothly over the next months, we spent the last two weeks testing sensors, replacing tubes and pipes and checking electronics.

We are looking forward to an exciting season with great races and datasets!
